Hello. I’m Doctor Michael Green at MGMD Aesthetics, my boutique facial rejuvenation studio in Lakeview Chicago, where I concentrate on helping you look FABULOUS! The way that I do that is mostly through using BOTOX® and Facial Fillers. With every patient I see, I do a pre treatment consultation with before hand. I allow a lot of time for this because I think that’s where patients really reap the benefits of achieving GREAT results! If you look at my reviews, you’ll see that I get really great reviews and I think that comes from really good satisfaction. I think that patient satisfaction in my business comes from three things:
1. Me understanding goals.
2. Letting you know if I can achieve those goals, or WHAT I can do to achieve those goals.
3. Me finally achieving those goals and doing what I said I was going to do.
It takes some time for me to understand your goals which is why I allow for 60-90 minutes with every new patient. In that 60-90 minutes we get into really deep detail about what you want, and then without being pushy or offensive, I take an educational approach to let you know what I think may help you the most. Once we do that, I leave time to do a treatment for most treatments, and then I follow up with every patient in two weeks to make sure they don’t need some fine tuning. That is the most important reason why I do an extensive pre treatment consultation, unlike MOST places, in order to achieve the best results. At the end of the day, my patients are my calling card to the world, and I want for you to have great results and look FABULOUS!
