Dr. Michael Green has over 30 years experience in medical aesthetics. He opened his first aesthetic practice, LightCare Medical Spa in May 2000. In 2013 he took over medical services at Spaderma Med Spa in Lincoln Park. In 2019, with a desire for more one-to-one patient care instead of supervising multiple other injectors, he opened MGMD Aesthetics. This boutique facial rejuvenation studio is where, along with 25 years experience as an Emergency Physician, Dr. Green uses his aesthetic expertise to provide customized injections with meticulous attention to your needs and desired outcome producing a more youthful appearance with a priority on natural results.

I had such a great experience with Dr green. I came in for tear trough fillers and could not be happier with the results. This was my introduction into the world of injectables so I was bit nervous but Dr green put my mind at ease with his extensive knowledge and easy going demeanor. He has very subtle aesthetic and believes less is more. I still look like myself but better and more rested. Thank you Dr ! Update 8/12/21 Just had another great visit with Dr Green! I came in for an update on my tear trough filler and I also ended up leaving with a bit of cheek filler to even out some hollowness in my upper right cheek that has been bugging me for awhile. All I can say is wow I instantly looked so refreshed and dare I say youthful. I'm so incredibly happy with the results! I would recommend Dr Green to anyone looking for a natural look.
