Dr. Michael Green has over 30 years experience in medical aesthetics. He opened his first aesthetic practice, LightCare Medical Spa in May 2000. In 2013 he took over medical services at Spaderma Med Spa in Lincoln Park. In 2019, with a desire for more one-to-one patient care instead of supervising multiple other injectors, he opened MGMD Aesthetics. This boutique facial rejuvenation studio is where, along with 25 years experience as an Emergency Physician, Dr. Green uses his aesthetic expertise to provide customized injections with meticulous attention to your needs and desired outcome producing a more youthful appearance with a priority on natural results.

Dr Green was so thorough with what he is doing throughout the process I’ve never been explained all the info like this and was much appreciated. And the results speak for themselves and will be going to him for however long I’m getting injections. He is honest and zero pressure which is amazing as well. And he follows up to check in! I’ve never had results this quick while also not being 100% frozen (which I didn’t want!) so I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and highly recommend Dr Green to anyone who is looking to get injections or fillers, especially if it is your first time (wish I found him for my first round of injections, trust me!).
